What Will This Cost Me?
Collection from your door is FREE. Analysis of your drive is just £32.50 ex VAT (£39.00 inc VAT), this is deducted from the cost of recovery.
£299 (ex VAT) for 500GB drives or smaller
£399 (ex VAT) for hard drives up to 1TB
£499 (ex VAT) for hard drives up to 2TB
In a minority of cases we may need to purchase a closely matching donor hard drive in order to use parts from this drive to temporarily access your data. However the need for this would be identified during the free analysis and we only proceed with your approval.
Return Shipping
If for any reason you decide not to proceed with the recovery you can choose to have the drive securely disposed of free of charge or if you’d like the drive returned, packaging and delivery are charged at £15.00 plus VAT.
Recovered Data
It’s worth remembering that your recovered data has to be put on to some medium in order to return it to you. At Tierra Data Recovery recovered data up to around 15GB will be put on DVD free of charge. Recovered data over that amount will be put on to a hard drive, which either you can supply to us or purchase from us. We don’t charge extra for encryption. We see it as good practice to encrypt all recovered data (unless you tell us you would prefer us not to).
